Accuracy review of all calculators
Corrections
- Overtime pay: overtime on rest days, special days, and regular holidays was computed at the premium rate for the day (130% or 200%) without the extra 30% overtime premium. It now uses the DOLE rates: 169% on rest days and special days, 260% on regular holidays, and 195%, 338%, 390%, and 507% for the combined cases.
- SSS: the minimum Monthly Salary Credit was updated from ₱4,000 to ₱5,000 to match the 2025 SSS schedule. Only salaries below ₱5,250 are affected.
- Night differential: the differential now applies to the hourly rate for the day, so rest days and holidays give a higher amount. The rate field now takes a percentage (10) instead of a decimal (0.10).
- Daily rate: the calculator now uses the DOLE annual factor method (261, 313, or 365 days) instead of dividing by a number of days per month.
